Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
Return & Replacement:
Products are eligible for return or replacement under the following terms and conditions:
1. Request Submission:
- Submit a return or replacement request by raising a ticket with our customer care team via the chat option on our website or by emailing helpdesk@aeronut.co. No other mode of communication will be accepted.
2. Request Timeline:
- Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
3. Return Eligibility:
- A return will be accepted only if the product delivered is not as described on our website.
4. Replacement Eligibility:
- A replacement will be accepted only if the product received is damaged.
5. Non-Eligibility:
- Products will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund if they match the website description and are received in damage-free condition.
- Products without original packaging will not be accepted for return or replacement.
6. Damage Reporting:
- Upon receiving the product, check the outer box for any damage. If the box is found opened or damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and report it to our customer care within 5 days of receipt. Failure to report any damage will render the product ineligible for return or replacement.
7. On-Site Assembly:
- If you opted for on-site assembly, do not open the product box. Our technician will open the box and report any damage. If the customer opens the box, the product will not be eligible for any warranty, return, or replacement.
8. Self-Assembly:
- If you opted for self-assembly, record a video of the box opening. This video is required to highlight any damage. Failure to record this video will render the product ineligible for return, refund, or replacement.
9. Processing Time:
- Returns or replacements may take 7-15 days depending on the location.
Refund:
1. Order Cancellation:
- Orders canceled within 72 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched (whichever is first) will be eligible for a 100% refund.
- Order cancellation requests will not be accepted once the product is shipped or after 72 hours of placing the order (whichever comes first).
2. Incorrect Product:
- If the product delivered is not as described on the website, the order will be eligible for a 100% refund.
3. Refund Initiation:
- Refunds for returned orders will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment, or via NEFT
4. Refund Timeline:
- Refunds may take up to 15 working days once initiated.
